nourishing your body with protein, lots of water, minerals, and plenty of vitamins you are on the right track to vibrant hair. Below are some facts explaining why these nutrients are so important in order to maintain healthy hair.

WATER:
Water can give you supple and soft hair, and also keeps it looking silky and smooth. It makes up a 1/4 of the weight of a single strand of your hair, so it is essential that we continue to replenish our hair with water.


PROTEIN:
Hair consists primarily of protein, which is what gives your hair strength. The more protein the better!

MINERALS: Iron carries oxygen to you hair, zinc prevents hair loss, and copper improves natural hair color.

VITAMINS:
Vitamin A makes your scalp healthy, vitamins B & C promote great hair growth and color.
